Get started with these simple steps
Nano Banana 2 is the second generation of Google's Nano Banana image model, available on Nano Banana Lab with resolution options from 1K to 4K. It improves detail and prompt accuracy over the original model while staying cheaper than Pro — from 4 credits per image — which makes it the practical middle option for most work.
How it works
Everything happens in the form above — here is the whole flow.
Describe the image, or upload reference photos and describe the edit. Up to ten references per request.
Seven base aspect ratios plus more under Show more; resolution 1K, 2K, or 4K. The button shows the exact credit cost as you click.
Batch up to four images per run, keep the best, re-roll the rest. Results are stored in My Files.

Pricing
Per image, by resolution — multiplied by how many images you generate.

| 1K | 4 credits | 8 credits | 16 credits |
| 2K | 6 credits | 12 credits | 24 credits |
| 4K | 12 credits | 24 credits | 48 credits |
Example: two 2K images cost 12 credits. Failed generations are refunded automatically.

Nano Banana 2 is the newer generation of Google's Nano Banana image model with better detail and prompt accuracy than the original, plus selectable output resolution from 1K to 4K. On this page it runs directly in the browser.
4 credits per image at 1K, 6 at 2K, and 12 at 4K. A batch multiplies the price: four 1K images cost 16 credits. The total is always visible on the button before you generate.
Lite is the budget variant: 2 credits per image, no resolution picker, fewer options — good for drafts and stickers. Nano Banana 2 adds 1K–4K resolution and noticeably more detail for twice the starting price.
Yes. Upload up to ten reference photos and describe the edit in plain language — the model keeps subjects consistent while changing background, style, or lighting.
1K is enough for social posts and drafts, 2K for detailed work you will crop or print small, 4K for large prints and hero images. Since 1K costs 4 credits, it is the cheapest way to iterate before a final 4K render.
Scroll up, type a prompt, pick a resolution — the generator on this page is the real model, not a demo.
