Terms of Service

1. The Service

Nano Banana Lab provides browser-based tools for generating and editing images and video using third-party AI models. Generations are paid for with credits, which you receive on sign-up, purchase as one-time packs, or receive monthly with a subscription plan.

We continuously improve the Service; features, models, prices in credits, and limits may change. Material changes to pricing are reflected on the Pricing page before they apply to new purchases.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

• Credits are the internal unit used to pay for generations. The exact credit cost of every generation is shown before you run it.
• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan then remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Purchased credits and subscription benefits are tied to your account and are not transferable.
• If a generation fails on the provider side, the credits reserved for it are automatically returned to your balance.
• Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates the policies of our AI model providers. In particular you must not:

• generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content that sexualizes real people;
• generate images or video of real, identifiable people without their consent, or content intended to deceive (deepfakes, fraud, impersonation);
• upload content you do not have the rights to use, including copyrighted images and photos of other people without permission;
• use the Service for spam, malware, harassment, or any unlawful activity;
• attempt to circumvent usage limits, pricing, or safety measures.

5. Your content and generated results

You keep the rights you hold in the images and prompts you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process them: to run generations through our model providers, store your files according to your plan, and display them back to you.

Subject to these Terms and to the license terms of the underlying model providers, you may use your generated results for personal and commercial purposes, provided you had the necessary rights to the inputs you supplied.

Generated files are stored for the retention period of your plan and are then deleted automatically. Retention periods are listed on the Pricing page.

6. Third-party models and services

Generations are performed by third-party AI models. Their availability, output quality, and content policies are outside our full control, and outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or unavailable. We may add, replace, or retire models at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Banana Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us, our providers, or other users. On termination for violation, remaining credits may be forfeited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
